Kintsugi reminds us:
the gold in your past becomes the map for the life you are creating—proof that your future is not despite the cracks, but because of them.

ABOUT ME—THROUGH A KINTSUGI LENS
Growing up between Wisconsin and New Mexico, I was surrounded by an artistic community that nurtured my love for creativity, nature, and travel. My first career began in entertainment, where I worked in national commercials, print campaigns, international music videos, network television, and feature films. After earning a B.A. in Communications and English from the University of Wisconsin, I continued acting while living between New York and Los Angeles. My path expanded into humanitarian work through the documentary series American Caravan in 2013, where I served as an American cultural diplomat exploring human rights and activism in the Middle East during the height of the Arab Spring. My next documentary project, centered on life in Saudi Arabia, is slated for release in 2027.
While my creative career remains meaningful to me, motherhood was the catalyst that revealed my deeper calling. Supporting individuals and couples as they transitioned into parenthood opened my eyes to the power of personal transformation and maternal mental health. This led me to pursue an M.A. in Clinical Psychology, allowing me to combine my love of storytelling, psychology, and humanitarian values in my work as a psychological consultant.
As a divorced single mother, my lived experience continues to shape the depth of my empathy and my understanding of the many layers within modern family life. I travel often between Los Angeles and the East Coast, staying connected to the communities and landscapes that shaped who I am. The challenges I have faced have become part of my inner compass, giving me the insight and strength to help others through the lessons, resilience, and curated resources I have gained along the way.
In my practice, I work with individuals, couples, and families seeking guidance, clarity, and meaningful change. My approach is grounded in compassion, curiosity, and a belief in the inherent resilience of the human spirit. I see this work as a collaborative process where we identify what you want most for your life, career, and relationships and create a path toward what you are genuinely capable and deserving of.
